During the consultation, when I explained my concerns, they only said, "You should just do this," without giving a specific estimate, and told me to prepay because this month's promotional price would end soon. But they never told me the actual amount, so it was not clear what procedure I was even getting. The doctor said while doing the procedure, "Since this is a promotional procedure, it may not work." I needed a proper explanation of the area of concern, the number of shots needed, and the cost before I could decide, "Then I'll do it this way," but I got none of that. I also asked them to make a reservation, but when I visited the following week, there was no reservation made, and the manager was rude and the handling of things was sloppy.
