My forehead had always been a huge complex for me because it was ski-jump level, so for my first forehead procedure I ended up getting Q-Ophil, something similar to filler, instead of regular filler. First of all, the chief doctor was incredibly kind... As for the Q-Ophil review, the procedure itself was similar to a regular filler procedure, and as for the result, at first it was bulging and looked really good, but it sank down within less than a year. Still, it didn't go all the way back to my original ski-jump forehead, and some volume remains. It's been 4 years now for me.
