Most of the staff, except for the doctors and the assistants who work with them, are unfriendly. The consultation manager in particular is often pretty half-hearted, but they do answer questions well when asked. It's completely factory-like, and the time with the doctor is only 3 to 4 minutes, so I can't trust them with fillers or anything like that. I only go there for short, easy procedures like botox. The renovated facility is really nice, but the rooms where procedures are done are laid out like a maze, so it's a bit... eerie.
