It didn't feel especially friendly, but it was cheaper than other clinics and they didn't push things too much, which I liked. I didn't really shop around in person; I remember calling around and going to the cheapest place. It's been about 2 years now, and the line looks natural. People around me don't notice unless I tell them, so I'm satisfied.
