Nose Surgery review at Mipeulleoseu (미플러스) · 2021-02-14

I had surgery on December 12, 2017. It was the first surgery of my life, so I still remember it clearly. If I remember correctly, I had silicone nose bridge, osteotomy, nasolabial angle correction, and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage. It was 4 years ago, so I don't remember the details very well. I don't remember how many millimeters it was... I haven't had alar reduction yet. My tip was high but I had a fleshy nose, and during the consultation the director seemed confident and clearly explained what needed to be done, while telling me to ask as many questions as I wanted. From the consultation reviews, I heard they were talking about paranasal implants back then, and they brought it up to me too. Looking at it now, I do think that was the right thing to do. Hahaha After that, when I consulted with the manager, she was really kind and gave me great counseling. She was like an older sister? A very experienced manager. There was no particular pressure or push for a deposit. I wanted to do everything at once, but the manager said that for better blood circulation and faster recovery, it would be better to do them separately, so I decided to do it later and didn't do it then. A fleshy nose is something people get because the nostrils are wide and blunt, right? But after the bridge got higher and the osteotomy made it thinner, I became somewhat satisfied. Even though it was only a moderate improvement. I received aftercare for a year after surgery, and each time the manager welcomed me so warmly, and every time the director took care of it and asked if I had any questions, so I was really moved. I was fine, but the director paid even more attention. My review now, 4 years later, is that I realize my face tends to swell easily. I know a fleshy nose won't have the sharpness of a typical nose even after surgery, but when I look at it while swollen, I want to get a scar-tissue injection. It does become sharper, haha. The injection is free, apparently. I asked recently too, and they said it was free. Like I said above, after the bridge got higher and thinner, as long as I don't do the pig-nose motion and can still move it side to side, my satisfaction went up, so I wondered if I should get alar reduction? Should I get paranasal implants too? I wasn't really sure~ These days I feel like I probably should do it. It seems kind of wide. And my nasolabial folds bother me too. The price was on the expensive side compared with other places. But I don't regret it. I don't really know of any side effects either! I did it with the mindset of not expecting dramatic changes, but just being happy if it improved, so I think that's why I'm very satisfied.
