Very confident and firm type. Not unfriendly, but has a kind of rushed, hurry-up-and-go feel, so I felt it was hard to get a sincere answer to the questions I wanted to ask. It is not that they are not sincere, but they are so busy that they cannot look at things carefully, so you can only really have a proper post-op consultation around the one-month mark.
