This place is also conservative in its recommendations. In consultations at another hospital, they had talked about osteotomy, but here they said there was absolutely no need for an osteotomy. It seems they prefer open surgery (septum + ear cartilage), and as I said above, they absolutely do not recommend unnecessary procedures. They said the director would always see me whenever I came in after surgery, and I really liked that. What parts are realistically possible, and if the nose were done like this
