I had a nose filler once before.. I thought surgery would be the absolute last option and did not do it, but after the surgery I realized how much time I had wasted worrying about it, so I wanted to leave a review.. I hated having a scar on my nose, so I went after seeing reviews about closed surgery and got a consultation. I did shop around at a few other places too, but their aesthetic sense matched mine and the director was kind, so I decided in the end that they would probably do the surgery well! They recommended removing the filler inside the nose and using cartilage particles for the bridge. My septum was fairly large, so I also had septal extension, and it was done with a closed approach! The other places also looked at me carefully, but here they did virtual surgery, so it felt like they found a nose that was more harmonious with my face? I only raised the bridge a little, but after adding ear cartilage particles and lifting it just a bit, my face overall seems to look a little slimmer, almost like an optical illusion lol Since it was a closed procedure, recovery was faster, which I liked even more. For those worried about scars, look into the closed approach
