The staff and the director were kind! The doctor was of course kind as well, and because I had sleepy eyes and used my forehead, they recommended ptosis correction. I actually did not want ptosis correction, but they showed me examples (photos) of when it is done and when it is not, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. They kindly answered everything I asked, so I could ask questions without pressure, and the doctor’s tone was also somehow gentle, so I could have a consultation in a comfortable atmosphere.
