The director explained everything very thoroughly and was kind. I expected the wait to be long, but it did not take as long as I thought, and it was nice that they explained things while touching my face directly and saying what should be improved. The inside was also neat and clean. I wanted to get a consultation first, so I am still thinking about the procedure.
