I contacted them because this was the doctor who operated on a celebrity, and since they said they had time late at night, I went for a consultation at night. There was no nurse and the doctor was alone. The consultation started, but rather than discussing the quote or surgery, the doctor talked about themselves more, and they spoke so bluntly that it could leave you feeling upset.
