I went for a consultation after it loosened up after 2 years. They said double-incision would be enough. The AS period is 2 years. For revision surgery, they said they would proceed with 12 holes, but I was a little worried because there are actually more holes than I expected (I was just guessing it might scar). During the consultation, they looked closely at the structure, symmetry, and line of both eyes. The consultation itself wasn't very long. The manager in charge did push booking a bit... When I seemed hesitant, they did give me about a day to think it over. The waiting time for the consultation itself was almost none, probably because it was a rainy day. If it had been revision incision surgery, I think I would have done it.
