I found a clinic that treated actor [Person A]'s philtrum and nose, so I ended up getting the surgery here: philtrum, nostril flare reduction, nostril rim lift, nose tip revision surgery, and corner-of-the-mouth surgery. Since it was also a nose tip revision, they used donated rib cartilage, and I think it is much better than before. It has been about two months since the surgery, so the remaining swelling has also gone down a lot, and overall my impression used to be rather weak, but now the change to a more refined look is what really stands out.
