I came back after my first nose surgery consultation. First of all, they pinpointed the weaknesses in my nose really well!! Since my nose is very low, they recommended costal cartilage, but if I use autologous costal cartilage, the cost won't be easy to handle, so I'm thinking about it... Still, after looking at the before-and-after photos of people who had surgery with the director, the nose line was exactly what I wanted, so it drew me in, and since they only do noses and don't do other plastic surgery, it felt a bit more trustworthy!!
