I tried to make an appointment while looking for a dermatologist for a skin condition. But they said skin conditions can't be booked and I would have to come and wait, which was absurd, but I wanted to be seen by a specialist so I waited. I don't like the appointment system, but the female doctor was extremely kind and empathized well. The ointment she prescribed also worked well, so I plan to keep going. If you're worried about a skin condition, I recommend seeing the female doctor even if you have to wait a bit.
