I started looking into this because I wanted to try wearing short sleeves before summer came, and I ended up getting it done. My weight was not a big problem, but I had extra fat only in my upper arms, and it would not come off easily even with exercise. So I booked a consultation for liposuction, and they explained things while looking at not only my arms but also my shoulder line and the side area near my armpits. I thought I would need to remove as much as possible no matter what, but they said that if too much is removed, the arm line can become unnatural
