When I made the appointment, I booked it as a consultation with the chief surgeon, but on the day itself they switched me to a different doctor without saying a word. The front desk staff were extremely rude, and they were giggling among themselves and casually blurted out in front of customers, "Our hospital doctor is a quack, isn’t he?" The doctor was kind; the consultation manager was just so-so. The KakaoTalk notice said parking was supported for 2 hours during consultation, but in reality they only gave 1 hour. If you point it out, they say the KakaoTalk notice was written incorrectly. Hypocrisy~~~ I’ve been to many dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, but this was the first place that felt like a hospital full of kids who had just come to do part-time work.
