I went for a consultation there before. I had a hump nose, and the estimate was 3.6 million, but with a discount they said they could bring it down to 3.2 million. They suggested using ear cartilage, shaving the hump, and placing about 1 mm of silicone, but I was surprised that they recommended alar base surgery. I was 21...ㅎ... The manager was kind, and I felt like the aftercare would be good. I was hesitant about adding silicone, so when I mentioned that, they said just 1 mm would be perfect, and if it looked strange after adding it, they would remove it for free. They also said they would do revision surgery if inflammation or anything like that happened. And I also appreciated that they warned me in advance that because my skin is thin, the tip of my nose might show through and that my nostrils might show more than they do now. It felt honest.
