The manager was also very kind, and the guidance was handled very well right on time for my appointment. (This is the first place where I think I did not have to wait much..???????) They took photos briefly, then I had a consultation with the surgeon, and whenever I asked questions they answered everything well. They were not extremely warm, but they were appropriately kind and also precise, and they clearly explained what I needed. So I felt I could trust the surgeon. The manager also did not pressure me at all, so there is really nothing to worry about.
