It seems better to just pay everything upfront as part of the surgery cost if possible. It felt like getting nickeled and dimed. The result is natural. So much so that I had it done secretly from my long-distance boyfriend, and when we met after a month or two, he just said, 'You got prettier?' and moved onㅋㅋㅋ Maybe because I had the osteotomy, the area around my eyes feels a little different too, and my glabella feels slightly higher. And my columella has come down, so I'm aggressively doing scar-tissue massage. I'm not particularly sensitive, so I'm pretty satisfied!
