I got it done by the main female director, and the scar didn't remain badly. It did stretch a little as time passed, but even so the philtrum is shorter than before, so I was satisfied with the surgery. I remember choosing it because it was the cheapest among the plastic surgery clinics that perform philtrum reduction surgery.
