The facility was the best among the clinics I consulted, and the director was the kindest. They explained everything one by one in an easy way on a tablet, and after showing the CT images, they said septum + ear cartilage would be enough. When it came to nose surgery, they also recommended alar reduction and functional nose surgery together. I had never thought about alar reduction separately, so I hesitated, but they said that specific part could be done separately after the nose surgery, and functional nose surgery was 3.3 million won for function + aesthetics together
