I made a consultation appointment because my friend goes there, but the standard wait was over 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, got annoyed because I didn't have time, asked them to cancel and stamp my parking ticket, but they wouldn't stamp it because I hadn't been seen. I asked them to delete my personal information, but they must not have deleted it because I'm still getting promotional texts.
