That day I went to consult at three hospitals, including Yonsei Image Line. Each hospital had a slightly different consultation style, but at Yonsei Image Line they checked the thickness of my calf fat with ultrasound. After the exam, they said the calf fat thickness was exactly 7 mm, and usually liposuction surgery can only proceed if it is over 10 mm. In my case, there was not much fat to remove, so even if I had surgery it would not have much effect, and they said they would not really recommend it... T_T This part was different from the previous hospital, so I felt a lot of trust. Honestly, I thought hospitals would still try to push surgery, but instead there was no pressure at all. They explained carefully why that was the case, and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand, so overall I was very satisfied with the consultation itself. If surgery had been possible, I think I would have done it here... If anyone is considering calf liposuction, I think it would be good to get a consultation here!
