When I was looking up reviews, there were comments saying the director was a bit cynical and that it was hard to ask follow-up questions, so I was a little worried, but in person he didn't seem that difficult; he just looked tired. Still, when they ask if you have any questions, your mind can go blank, so it would be good to bring a question list. He held the line on both eyes several times and even felt the thickness and so on with his own hands before recommending the surgical method, which gave me a bit of a sense of trust. There was no overtreatment, and although he made recommendations, he left the final choice to the patient, so it might be hard for someone who has trouble deciding. The manager was also very kind and didn't pressure me too much, so it was nice to be able to consult and think things over comfortably.
