First of all, the manager I met was shockingly kind. I had been to a lot of places, and that was the first time I had ever met a manager that kind. I think that manager was a big reason I decided on this hospital!! People say the director is blunt, but they answered everything I asked and carefully examined my eyes and facial structure, which I really liked.. I understand the director is solid in the basics, and the line does feel a little conservative, which is somewhat disappointing, but I want to adjust it a little more on the day of surgery!!
