I went to get my line lowered, but they recommended not doing it... I felt that the director only says the really necessary things in a very cold, matter-of-fact way. The counseling manager was kind and professional. The explanation was also quite detailed. I want to write down the estimate, but if the director recommends against it, it seems like you don't really get a specific amount. So I just wrote an arbitrary price.
