I was looking forward to it after seeing that they would give an anesthetic injection, but they used anesthetic cream instead. They used a light? to help it absorb well, and before the procedure they briefly helped with exfoliation and skincare. The price is on the expensive side T_T They were kind, and since they also recommended getting Botox additionally, I went ahead and did it. They are well known for Ulthera and Titanium, so if you're going to do something, I think those areas would be better value for money.
