The doctor was so kind and explained things so well that I felt drawn to them. The wait was very long too, over an hour, which was a hospital system problem, and the manager was not especially kind, so I initially wondered if this was not right. But after talking with the doctor, I strongly wanted to have the surgery with them. What bothered me, though, was that this place is also factory-style, and they said swelling laser and injections are provided only once, so I thought aftercare might be lacking. In the end, I did not decide on surgery. I worry a lot, so the factory-style system made me a little uneasy, but the doctor was truly great
