My inner eye corners are a bit sharp, so I got a consultation for buried sutures because I wanted to look more gentle. I already had an inner double eyelid, so they said to keep the line at the back as it is and only make the front part wider again. They also recommended inner canthoplasty, but since it would change the eye shape, I did not consider it.
