I visited and first talked with the manager, then organized the points to discuss with the director. There was a bit of a wait because he had surgery, and after the director came in, he looked at my eye-opening strength and facial structure and explained the procedure plan, but it seemed like aesthetic balance and the line were not really being considered...? I have uneven eyes and said I wanted the left one to become as big as the left side, but they said it would become the size of the left eye. It felt like that, so I talked more with the manager.
