I had a consultation, and the staff were kind, and it was nice that I could start the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere. They carefully looked at my eyes and concerns, and without pushing unnecessary surgery, they explained realistic methods and the expected results in detail, which made me trust them. They kindly answered each question I had, which reduced my worries a lot, and it felt like a consultation full of professionalism and consideration. The detailed explanations made sense and eased my anxiety. It definitely seems that each hospital has its own style, so it was very helpful in helping me sort things out.
