I should have looked for reviews first. I should have trusted my instinct that there were no patients and that something felt off. T_T A real side effect happened, and they said it was normal and tried to dodge responsibility, saying it was not their fault. They absolutely would not remove the thread, and there was no way to talk to them. Neither the director nor the manager. The surgery itself was done in an overly aggressive way that makes revision surgery difficult. They only say they're good; they won't take responsibility. Please read the reviews before you go.
