I didn't consult directly with the director. However, the staff member explained things very clearly. I've only had Botox at two places, and the two gave different explanations, so I wasn't sure which one was correct, which was a bit puzzling. In any case, I got the cheapest domestic one, and there were no extra pushy suggestions like saying a more expensive one was better or recommending other areas. Rather, when I said I wanted more done, they said it probably wasn't necessary and would only do exactly the parts that were needed.
