I went because of dark circles and fat, and the consultation was only with the manager. I only saw the director for the first time during surgery. They said that if I got filler additionally after fat removal, it could prevent hollowing under the eyes, so I had it done, but it doesn't seem to have much effect, and maybe because I only had fat removal, the area under my eyes actually looks more sunken.. They told me to come back in 6 months for a follow-up, but since they never contacted me, I didn't go back. I'm planning to have revision surgery somewhere else.
