Overall, the consultation felt somewhat rushed and careless. Rather than taking enough time to listen to my concerns and desired direction and explain things in a customized way, the consultation moved quickly and focused on general information, which was disappointing. There was also a lack of specific explanation about the surgical method or expected results, so I did not feel much trust, and even after the consultation I was not convinced. The quoted cost also seemed high compared with other hospitals.
