When I visited, there were many foreigners and the hospital atmosphere was chaotic. The director himself kept talking to the coordinator while doing the procedure, and it felt scattered;;; even the molding felt half-hearted, and while giving injections he was not really focused, instead checking other patients' schedules in between, so maybe because they overbooked appointments, the director gave a slightly ADHD-like impression... I don't think I will go back.
