I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and at that time it became so natural that no one could tell I had had surgery. The director told me that this height was the maximum for my face, so I believed that and lived like that. Ten years later, after consulting at various other clinics, I found out that they had used perforated silicone, which could move, and my nose had completely dropped, so I had revision surgery..!! But it could have been lifted a lot more. Next time, absolutely not here
