Not friendly, but good value for money. It does not hurt at first, but the longer you go, the more it hurts a lot. They check your weight every time, and if you have gained weight, they scold you. They ask what you ate in the morning, and it feels like you just end up with someone managing you. Injections alone do not work; you have to combine them with diet and exercise no matter what to see results. I recommend it only to people who are really determined.
