I went after looking up reviews because it was close to my house, and the clinic was small but had a clean feel. I had a short consultation with the consultation manager and then received the procedure directly from the director. When I told them which side usually bothered me, I liked that they adjusted the amount injected differently on each side to match that. (I don't know how effective it was, though..) The director is kind and explains things very gently and well. I didn't feel the Botox effect was especially amazing, but
