The consultation with the doctor was detailed and long. They seemed to strongly pursue a very natural look, and when I said I had just had revision surgery after nasalitis surgery, they explained that my nose was thick because of the nasal valve, that osteotomy would make it slimmer, and that if they touched the nasal valve a little more, the shape might improve but functional problems could occur, so they were safety-oriented. That matched what I was thinking, which I liked. I'd seen a lot of posts saying they consult well, and they really did explain things in a way that made me trust them. However, the review
