After ruining my first surgery that I had done after visiting tons of hospitals around Seoul, I got recommended this hospital by a friend and went there. I did not have high expectations, and since it was in the provinces I expected even less, but I was satisfied with the surprisingly neat result. Still, if you look online, they say they remove all the risky areas too, so I do think there may be a big hidden risk. It could just be that I was lucky and got a good outcome, but the head coordinator's consultation was quite detailed. They seemed to have more authority than the doctor.
