I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery and under-eye fat repositioning, and they recommended doing a brow lift first before the double eyelid surgery. They seemed to think it was because I had aged and had a lot of wrinkles and sagging around the eyes. They said the eyes could be done or not done, and that the fat repositioning could be done if I wanted it. They measured carefully with a ruler and looked over everything thoroughly, and it felt more conservative than overly dramatic or flashy. It's not urgent, so I'll look into a few more places and choose.
