If you want to raise only the tip of your nose a little rather than improve the whole nose overall, this is a reasonable procedure. In particular, there is almost no swelling, and only the tip stays round and red for about 4 or 5 days. It is manageable without taking time off work, and the swelling was less than with nose thread lifting. Honestly, the effect is something you really notice only from the side. If you have the time, regular nose surgery is the answer, but if you do not have much time and the tip is the only issue, it is not a bad procedure. So it seems fine for women rather than men.
