They said they would use the septum and ear cartilage, and only lift the tip. They advised against raising the bridge, since it could reduce function. They said just lifting the tip would probably be enough, and that I might not need bulbous-tip correction either. For a deviated nose, they use a method of making an incision on the lower part of the septum and straightening the bend. They advised against osteotomy and said it wasn't severe enough for that. If opening it up and straightening the bend isn't enough, they might add septal grafting. The doctor was extremely kind and very professional.
