This was my first surgery, but I went because they’re famous for revision surgery. First I met the counseling manager, then the doctor, then the counseling manager again. The counseling manager gave the consultation first.. They said these days nose silicone starts low, so I should get fat grafting to the glabella... I’ve been to several consultations, and this was the first time I’d ever heard of fat grafting to the glabella lol They kept insisting on fat grafting, and when I said I preferred something natural, they said a flashy look would suit me better, and the counseling manager was really not good... The doctor was too careless... they didn’t give any specific explanation of what shape would come out... They use the septum and ear cartilage, but since the septum may be insufficient, they said I’d need to sign consent forms before surgery for functional rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. Anyway, I’m not recommending it.
