I had a prosthesis-free nose surgery a year ago and came for a consultation about removal surgery~ Because of the cartilage tie, I didn't like that my nose looked upturned by my standards, and I also started to see the cartilage at the tip of my nose showing through, so I wanted full removal, but they listened carefully and spoke kindly. Thankfully, the CT results suggested there was no extra material inserted, and they said cartilage repositioning would not be a problem and that it wouldn't spread more than my original nose, which sounded very confident.
