I paid for GentleMax Pro Plus and had the upper lip and chin treated. Hair removal is better not done at these factory-style places. I did not know it back then, but in factory-style clinics the practitioner changes every time, so they set the device mode very conservatively, which lowers the effect, and they also shoot it unevenly, so I often ended up with hairs that still stuck out in little spikes. On some days the cooling was blasting well and the device would go zipping along, and on other days it was so weak I even wondered whether the cooling was working at all.
