It was a direct doctor consultation, and they were extremely kind and thorough. They explained it in detail while showing me before-and-after photos of cases similar to my eyes. The facility is a bit old and not a large hospital, but a real acquaintance had actually had surgery here, and when I went for the consultation one person had just finished surgery and another was waiting for surgery after my consultation. There are not many ads or reviews, but it seems like a decent number of people do get surgery here. They recommended full incision + eye correction + fat repositioning, but
