They don't do detailed one-on-one consultations. Right before the procedure, the doctor came over and asked how much I wanted done, so I said I wanted only the wrinkles covered without looking unnatural when I smile. In the end, I think this was the place that turned out the most natural. I've also had it done at a typical factory-style place elsewhere, and my eyes looked less pretty when I smiled, but here it was fine (even when I smiled, that natural ^^ shape was maintained).
